








Shiitake Congee
Ultra nutritious and delicious, lightweight, high in energy, protein and fibre. So good to take hiking/camping or to have on hand at home in the pantry. No other lightweight/freeze dried meals come close to being this tasty or wholesome!
To prepare, boil 1.5 cups of water. Remove seasoning sachet. Add remaining pouch contents to water. Stir/simmer for 3 minutes. Pour into bowl and cover with seasoning sachet. Fold through and enjoy.
