Truly small-batch, handcrafted and naturally fermented shoyu, made in Daylesford and aged for 2 years before bottling. Every ingredient was so thoughtfully selected and you can tell in the end product.

This is a lighter style soy sauce with loads of earthy umami. Use to season raw fish or vegetables, add to stir-fried or steamed greens or anywhere you would use soy sauce.

Mushrooms from Unearthed Co. Mushrooms (based in the Yarra Valley), biodynamic soybeans from Slater Farm (in the Northern Rivers), biodynamic zanzibar (red wheat) grown by Don Haines in Horsham, water, salt and koji.
