Carbon Steel Petty Knife

A great Japanese style petty knife, made using reclaimed and sustainable materials. The blade is hand forged from a solid piece of reclaimed high-carbon tool steel and there’s an option of either wooden (darker colour) or bamboo (lighter colour) handle.

Always wash and immediately dry following use, carbon steel is hardwearing but does rust when water is left on the surface. To prolong their life, I recommend hand washing these knives only.
