The Mountain Tea from Daphnis and Chloe is harvested on an organic farm near Grevena in Northern Greece who were among the first to cultivate the green and purple hued variety of the area. It has significantly higher concentration of flavonoids, antioxidants and phenolic content than other commercially available varieties.
