Jess Elliott Dennison ran Elliott’s Cafe in Edinburgh for five years along with a career as a food writer, stylist and cookbook author. The Elliott’s series are an annual edition of self-published cookbooks filled with accessible and delicious recipes.

Midweek Recipes was published in August 2024 and Weekend Recipes will be published in August 2025. Jess lives in the Scottish Borders with her husband, son and daughter.
