Carter Were
Carter Were is a mother to three and self-taught cook and baker originally from New Zealand who now resides near Byron Bay, New South Wales. All three cookbooks she has authored have been self-published and in collaboration with her twin sister Harry Were who provides all photographs.
Her work with the cookbooks and what she publishes on her substack focuses on un-fussy, wholesome and approachable recipes to easily feed yourself and/or your family nourishing food.
